Miss the playoffs against the Cardinals and Braves, but give it time, we will forge new rivalries, it takes decades.

Definitely miss playing the NL teams. The Dodgers, Giants, Cards, Reds, Cubs. I watch some of the Dodgers games on MLB.tv just to listen to Vin Scully.

I'm sure he's watching, but it's a shame he's missing these playoffs in the booth. Such a joy to listen to.

I prefer NL baseball, I think there are more decisions to be made.

Hate west coast games. I guess I can deal with it with basketball, because it isn't every consecutive night.

On rivalries, we have to be good to have one. We finally got good.

Yes because I prefer NL baseball, more strategy involved.

Also, i'd rather have rivalries with the Cards and Cubs than the Rangers. The Astros already played the Rangers every year anyway due to IL play.

Then again, if the Astros were in the NL this season, they probably would have been 4th behind the Cards, Cubs, and Pirates.

    Definitely time to move on.

I'm just happy for success and post season baseball.

Meh, baseball is baseball to me. I think too much is made of the differences between the NL and AL. I'd still enjoy watching if it was blernsball. And I'm definitely liking the growing rivalry with the Rangers.

I prefer AL baseball. Plus the blossoming rivalry with the Rangers is going to be better than Cardinals/Braves/Cubs/Dodgers rivalries ever were.

I think the path WS is easier in AL.

I miss the National League, and still think the DH is stupid, but at this point I guess it is what it is.

This team is very fun to watch, and I think the front office is doing a great job.

The West coast games are terrible though.

Agree on yes, but over it. I think this season and doing well in the AL playoffs has helped to finally make it feel like we are actually in the AL. Up until this point, it felt like we were an outcast that belonged in the NL.

If we were in the NL, we wouldnt be in the playoffs. And may not be for some time if you look at the NL Central teams we would be battling against.

I miss the NL, sure (although, to be fair - there'd be no playoffs if we were still in the NL Central) - but I have to admit, beating the Yankees in the postseason had an extra layer of cool - and if we meet the Rangers in the ALCS... I mean, that's going to be bananas.

I like being in the playoffs. If we were still in the NL Central, we'd have been eliminated in early September.

I know that's not a reason because things change from year to year. I'm over the move and we're an AL team now. I, too, have changed my mind on the DH. I think all of baseball should go to it.

It's rigged over there with the Cardinals. They know something the rest of the league doesn't...like how to run a ball club to near perfection every season. I don't miss it. I like playing against AL teams now and I do prefer the DH.

I miss the match-ups from the NL Central but it is still Astros baseball. I don't understand people who claim they hate the AL move so much that it has ruined the team for them. I completely understand disliking the move but a decent chunk of the fan base's reaction was pretty melodramatic.
