Everytime I go into the GARM, I can just feel the teenage angst dripping off the walls, so I usually just read, and refrain from posting. I would say 50% of my posts are in the Hangout, 40% in the Football section, and 10% in the Dish. I usually stay away from the D&D for my own sanity.
What's the point? He'd never stop doing it b/c that's part of his shtick, ya dig? Would you stop overdoing the smilies and "that's what she said" if someone told you for the millionth time? I doubt it.
But... but... I'm the ONLY ONE who does smilies in EVERY post and TWSS every time I catch someone with a potential one... I'm just saying why you differentiated between DaDarkOne and rocketblaze, is all. They're not any different, but the logical thing would be to NOT sign every post, because your username is already on the left. That's another point I'm trying to make. The smilies are there for you to use them. I try not to "over" use them. I just add each one to add a bit of facial expression to my posts, yo.
99.9999% of what I post is here in the Hangout. I'll post in D&D when something gets me suitably irritated, but it really has to be a perfect storm of sorts because virtually everything in D&D irritates me.
what few things I post these days....mainly in Feedback, a few here and there in Hangout, about once a month in D&D (when I am feeling particularly crabby and cynical), and in GARM I have been reduced to video threads only. I do actually look and read in all forums, but rarely have anything worthwhile to say.
Mostly in the sports board. Hangout is nice but I go to other sites for off-topic discussions. D&D is just hurr durr now. And I stopped being an NAB fan so...
In last 3 months (if I counted correctly): 673 posts in GARM (65.7%) 219 posts in Dish (21.4%) 63 posts in Hangout (6.1%) 53 posts in D&D (5.2%) 13 posts in Sports (1.3%) 4 posts in Feedback (0.4%) Damn, I post a lot.
85 percent in the hangout. less than 1 percent in the dd 2 percent in the Dish 3 percent in the GARM 5 percent in sports 2 percent in the fantasy forum 1 percent in the classifieds 1 percent in the "mystery" forum.
Ever since my self-imposed ban from D&D several months back (I asked Clutch to ban me because it was giving me hypertension and he graciously agreed, letting me know I can un-ban myself if I change my mind), yes. Because of my job, I wind up watching all the games on DVR so far after the fact that by the time I'd post in the GARM it's all been said. And I don't have time to follow the rest of the NBA or other sports. I rarely post in here either anymore unless something comes up about music that interests me. I also took a few recent shots at FFB, partly because I was so appalled that someone who has crossed such incredibly personal lines so many times (with me and with moes/finals) was reinstated and partly because the know nothing who posts as a know it all is an irresistible target, but I'm mostly done with that as well. I have to be since it makes me feel like a hypocrite. I've been a dick here so often that it's silly for me to call him one. Really the only differences between Fatty and me are that I don't drink anymore and I'm not a complete dumbass. Otherwise, I think we're probably equally annoying posters.
