We have a line-up more suitable for big balls. Our smaller players are there to nullify the speed of small ball defensively. We got guys like Battier and Snyder who could get a hand up in the face of shooters. Chuck can become super-effective on the boards against such teams. And then we got Yao. What effect will a 6'8" small forward have on a 7'6" monstrosity. I say keep up the big ballin.

No I don't !!! I prefere the traditional BIG man game. Basketball is a tall guys game, traditionally speaking of course!! I am not against the shorter player who is good at the game but a team without a true Center is like a mother without a husband. :p

I would have liked it if Lucas didnt miss nearly every shot in the second half.

That is why we have the 7 6 fella. But we are better off surrounding him with athletes who can bomb away. Putting SB, Tmac and Wells in the 4-3-2 (however you want to match them offensively and defensively) around the big fella doesn't really make us small, but it sure makes us quicker and more athletic.

Lucas was playing the two and head the three...That's not gonna work as shown in the previous game.

Say no to small ball and and say yes to oldschool basketball
Say no to full court offense and say yes to halfcourt schemes
Say no to flashy basketball and say yes to solid fundamentals
Say no to shoddy Phoenix D and say yes to hardnosed Houston D
Say no to lobbing threes and say yes to reposting Yao

    In other words:

Say no to Phoenix and say yes to Houston :D
