I'm watching Kerry right now on local TV in Vegas and he's speaking to the AARP people at the sands convention and he is asking them why TWICE in less than two months Bush has avoided speaking to them about Medicare or Yucca mountain. Why won't Bush make him himself more available to the people of Nevada. I know we're a swing state, we get bombarded daily with commercials about how Kerry and the Liberals are responsible for rising gas prices and that Kerry is a back stabbing veteran. But, Why will he not talk to us somewhere we can all here him. Kerry has spoken at the Thomas and Mack arena which is easy for everyone in the valley to get to and now the Sands which is right off the strip. Bush spoke in a industrial area not far from the airport (in fact behind the airport) were it was easy to block off local traffic and be totally insulated from everything except the airport. Bush will only speak to those who he wants to speak to and only to others when it becomes necessary. I like the fact that Kerry is making himself available to the public at large.
Sorry too bother you Batman, but would you mind sending me the scoop as well. I can't access e-mail from work which I will be at until about 9:00 pm Pacific. If you need me to e-mail you first I will, but I think my e-mail can be accessed from my account. Just let me know. Thanks, and if you get too swamped or are too busy then it can wait.
No. Email me if interested. It's not gossip, it's not a rumor, it's not from a blog, it's not from a media source and it's not third hand. Pimphand, rockbox, wouldabeen: Email me and I'll send a reply. Easier for me than mailing you each separately through the board.
This is hilarious. Batman's secret insider information. Riiight. Nevermind the fact that he spoke at the convention. BJ's just sore because somebody that he respects will be voting for George W. Bush.
