Like Kerry I neither particularly like or dislike GW Bush and I don't think whether I would like to have a beer with him is much of a factor in whether I would vote for him. I think this is another problem with the media presidencies. By most accounts Lincoln was depressed , socially awkward and ugly. If he was alive today he probably wouldn't be a guy most of us would enjoy having brew with while watching the Rox yet almost none of us would deny he was one of our greatest presidents. This issue about how much we personally like a candidate overshadows the things about him, record, judgement, issues and etc. whether this person would make a good president. That out of the way. As an American male I'm all for bush. There's too much partisanship and division when it comes to bush and what we need to do is bring bush together. And when it comes to bush I'm a uniter than a divider.
