    Seriously saying, though, I think you can be prosecuted if you beat somebody's kid up. The people you pranked and your dad did the right thing. There are parents who are lax at disciplining their children, though, at which point, not really a lot you can do. If we ever make it so that such a prank can be made illegal, that'd help.

    To the OP: it is annoying when immature kids do it, but if they are mature, it is completely different (and somewhat enjoyable!).

    At my house, the landlord installed one of those infrared doorbells. It goes off all the time at random, with no one downstairs to press the button. I don't know what causes it. All I know is that my own ****ing house keeps ding-dong ditching me, and it's annoying! :mad:
