I disagree. The majority of fans are always negative. Hakeem was questioned for his effort just like TMac was, blah blah blah. We've still got two titles.

Yeah but Hakeem wasn't a proven quitter and loser at that point in his career....I think it's a little more justified with She-Mac.

I do believe he is in some discomfort, but if you watched the game, and I just watched the first half again on DVR...his limp really started to get prenounced after he was like 1-5 shooting......

Look, if he is hurt, get the MRI.......

I just think the guys is in pain....I just doubt his convictions, and we KNOW he has quit in the past, and is a proven drama queen.

    DING DING DING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I know people think he could make it worse by playing on it....this is why it is irresponsible of him to NOT get the MRI.

By the way, don't you find it ironic that only Tmac has talked about the MRI?

It just WREAKS of drama, and the "Torn" elbow ligament he was talking about earlier this year where it was just a simple sprain.

I'm guessing he's really bruised, and it's probably a pretty bad bruise. You can see it on the elevation on his shot and his tentativeness. He certainly wouldn't make it worse by playing through it, but he's probably in a lot of pain.

Which makes him talking about the MRI laughable, as if it is only a bruise, then people would be like....well...Clyde Drexler - who said Tmac should suck it up, everyone is hurt in some way.

I've heard him on multiple occasions talk about how he's put a lot of baggage on his body cause he's been in the league 11-some-odd years...like that somehow explains how fragiles he wants us to believe he is these days. But look at his career GP per year...

    http://www.nba.com/playerfile/tracy_mcgrady/career_stats.html

He's in his prime. He's not even 30 yet. And the baggage that he speaks of shouldn't be there when you've only played over 70 games in 6 of those seasons.

first round exits always leave more room for offseason rest..............I'm starting to think that the reason She-Mac chokes in the playoffs is so she can get home to sleep and club with her home girls every night................She-Mac = possibly the most talented biggest soft/choker in NBA history................

Maybe it's an opportunity for Yao to show whether he CAN be the leader. It might be a shot gifted to Yao by the team management or adelman, let's just see what happens, let's see what our big man's capable of. But i doubt Yao can suddenly start doing something he had trouble doing since the start of the season---taking over the game.

well hmm whatever it is, let's just hope something about the the rox is going to impress us, whether its yao or team strategy, offense or defense, just pray something good happens.

Something good will happen tonight. They will play hard. This will be a very good change of pace now that McGrady is out.

it would be nice to see the team go on a winning streak with her on the sidelines.....maybe management will think about trading her if they see that the team is talented without her in the lineup.......

Kobe's been injured several times this season as has played through it. Even though he's not at his best, he still provides the team a boost.

No way he would sit out with the same injury TMac is experiencing.

If he was not 100%, why would he play?

If he was not, he was trying to get an excuse for his sick performance.

    Therefore, Me-mac is Q@#%Q#$@.

Can't the Rockets force Tracy to get an MRI?

Why can't we get a comment out of Keith Jones? Wonder what his honest opinion about all this is?

I don't get it. You don't simply quit just because you feel you are not 100%. Otherwise you might only play 20 games a season.
