    well according to the police video, apparently not. also, i didn't say eyewitness accounts are the only evidence. don't project, cool, right newyorkwannabefantexan

    Should he have gone to jail? Absolutely

    Should he still be in jail? Unknown, he may have been released while further evidence was gathered.

    Do I think he should serve time in prison? Yes
