He's more of a shooting guard in a point guard's body. and we already have a point guard! His name is Rafer Alston.

Marbury is not a Point Guard. He cannot play that position. He will not be able to run the offense at all.

marbury with t-wolves...horrible- T-Wolves now...still bad but better

marbury with suns...horrible- Suns now..better fast pace team but aging

marbury with nets... horrible - Nets now..still horrible but not that bad when marbury was there

marbury with knicks...just flat out horrible - Knicks now..still just flat out horrible because marbury is still there.

Every team He has been on has been horrible but when he leaves they some how become a better team. Why would you guys want him when we have steve francis. They have the same game. 3 games into the season and people are already talking about changing the team.

Yes, you do take a chance on Marbury for the vet. minimum. He's head and shoulders above Rafer Alston.

How about Marbury on the Spurs..........or the Lakers.......how you gonna like him then? When they sign him for the vet minimum and they have no risk in that if he screws up they just drop him. They get him in a situation where he has to perform and blend himself in or he's gone. Now, do you really wanna go against those guys in the playoffs with Marbury coming off the bench playing like he's capable of?

That is why you have to make a play for him and if you don't sign him, you'd better hope he winds up in the East and not in Boston or Detroit either. Because if he does..........odds are he'll be knocking heads around come playoff time.

It's just the way the game works. Remember Rodman? How about Bob McAdoo? How many more "cancers" do you need me to name before you get it? They're a cancer on a team where they are getting paid $20 million and they are underperforming. But they are a contributor when they are getting paid league minimum and they are forced to play a role on a championship unit.

The members who want Marbury have something in common with Marbury:

Not understanding the concept of chemistry

And thus endeth the lesson here

Agreed. He's probably the worst chemistry player in the league. But you have to consider signing him if for no other reason than to prevent one of our championship rival from signing him for league minimum and him deciding to come out and contribute.

Do you really wanna see Marbury coming off the bench for the Lakers spelling Kobe or spelling Parker/Ginobilli? I don't. He may be a total knucklehead, and it's obvious he's gotta a couple screws loose. But he knows what jewelry is. And the odds are that if he see he has a legit shot at some jewelry, he'll bust a... to get some.

Yo! Ban this dude! How dare ANYONE suggest we bring in a known messed-up team-killer.

And now, back to our regularly scheduled Ron Artest worship.

I really thought more of you. But you definitely went down the wrong path asking this one. Not just no, but h-e-double hockey sticks NO!

Do you honestly think Starbury and Artest are on the same level? Ron has been on good teams. Not just put up good numbers with crappy teams.

You know what I would really like.. is to see what his "none box score" numbers look like.

Stephon definetly has talent. But I think we're covered at the pg position. Our backup C position is a more urgent matter.

Find a single teammate who has good things to say about Marbury.
