We have lost the last 3 games that Thomas has been out. I think we do miss him. So how could you say that we don't need him. We need consistent scoring that TMo doesn't have. Thomas could have made the difference against Dallas, Atlanta, and NJ especially NJ and Dallas.
kidrock: You're out of line for saying that KT is akin to a 3rd string PF. Granted, you like to post negative things, but this one is way across the line. As Woodlands Boy pointed out, the Rockets have lost the last 3 games without KT and KT is consistently one of the few low post threats on this team. The fact that he is quicker than most PF makes him an interesting player. Now, because of his size, he probably would never be a starter for some of the teams in the league, but as others have pointed out, he would start for other teams. It all depends on the personnel around him. Let me ask you this, kidrock: what do you think about Mo Taylor? You don't like him either, do you? So, who do you propose for us to play at the 4 next year (assuming that you don't like Taylor)?
Big minutes on Atlanta? I don't think so...they've got Shareef getting a little time at the 4, Mohammed is playing well, and when Ratliff and Kukoc get healthy it will be clogged up even more. Boston has Antoine Walker...you expect KT to get huge minutes over him? I agree with Orlando somewhat...but the Sixers to have Mutumbo and Coleman that will put KT on the bench.

I think Kenny should have realized that he needed to add more to his game to compensate for his lack of height.
