Shouldn't the coaching staff say hey, NEVER LEAVE JASON TERRY...not on the free throw line, on an inbound pass, on a pick and roll, on a free layup, nor in a time out. STICK TO HIS ASS LIKE GLUE AND WEAR HIM DOWN! Is it me, or is that too complicated for our coaching staff?
All we need to do is to find a way to win games like this. Terry is on fire during every meeting because Dallas find a way to utilize him effectively against our weakness. All in all, we need to move on.
don't you think teams have tried that against reggie miller and rip hamilton? but those guys made their career off of running around screens. some times when a great shooter has any ounce of daylight he's going to make every shot. jason terry is one of them.
just foul the **** out of him he gets open off illegal picks grab him choke him stab him but dont give him wide open looks i wish someone would take him down when he does that STUPID jet move
I'm sure I'd love to have a player like Terry on my team, constant hollering to the crowd and trying to get them revved up. But, damn, as an opponent that friggin' grin he has on his face whenever he hits a big shot is annoying as hell.
Dampier- Yao Dirk- Scolandry/Hayes Josh Howard- Artest/Battier Terry- Lowry Kidd- Battier/Artest Battier and Artest are both quick enough to stick with Kidd. Then we put Lowry a quick point guard who is good at defending on Terry. I dont understand why we wouldnt go with this. or maybe Dampier-Yao Dirk-Artest Howard-Battier Terry-Lowry Kidd-Brooks Either way, Lowry should be guarding Terry
I hate Terry cause he always kills the Rockets but at the same time I got all respect for this guy and would love to have him coming off the bench for the Rockets.
i hate terry because he kills us with WIDE OPEN JUMP SHOTS and the runs down the court with his arms out like he just broke 3 players ankles and then facialized yao He is a jump shooter The easiest type of player to defend We just need to man up on him and let other people on their team beat us. NEVER leave terry to double up on dirk, jho, or kidd
Tinman doesn't get that Dirk + Terry + Bass defending Yao = more than his solution. If Dirk = Yao... If Bass = ummm... say Battier Then someone else has to step up offensively and counter Terry. Just stopping Terry won't do it. Let Terry get his... Fix the front on Yao... and shut down Flopinski. BTW - If we see them again this year it will be the WCF. I'll get the tickets. Wanna go?
go check the post game thread and even check this thread. there's a picture of tmac dunking on shawn bradley, so that makes him the "mavs killer". uh.. someone tell me when we killed them? I mean me, you, any real Rockets fan who knows this series can tell you that Jason Terry is the main dude who kills us.
