In terms of production for us this year Harrell > Noel.

Noel would take time to learn the system and build chemistry. Trez already has more offensive skill and has been part of the team longer. Would Noel even get PT over Clint and Nene ?

Problem is Trez is more of a 4 then a 5. We need size and rebounding up front.Noel is a very good shot blocker/defensive force in there.

I really don't think we need a big move, but we clearly have improvable issues.

I think a backup wing has become number one on the list. Brewer simply isn't good enough to be in a rotation, and neither is KJ. The drop off from Ariza to his backup is massive, so he ends up playing too many minutes, decreasing his own effectiveness because fatigue hurts his level of play a ton. A second true swingman that could hold his own would be a huge help to our bench, and Ariza himself.

We also still need a center that can bang down low. Capela and Harrell simply can't command their space effectively, so they get pushed around in certain matchups.

Then why try (winning games, trading players, etc.) if we already crowning them victorious...........Loser mentality in this forum is ridiculous. If we cant get pass GS or SAS then we are actually wasting our time with this and any other roster you construct that cant compete (as many posters say,smh)......You work until the roster is such that you can compete and beat those teams.....that is a GM's job. Period.
