    Of course.

I remember being out at a Hooters of all places during the game 7 vs Dallas in 05. I was so pissed I practically threw a hissy fit and demanded to be taken home because every time some fake ass waitress came over and called me honey I lost it and acted like an angry jackass.

Not my proudest moment...but seriously. 40 points. To the ****ing Mavs.

When I was teenager it did. My parents went to Michigan, so I was on a roller-coaster during Final Four weekend back in '93: beating Pitino, Mashburn and UK on Saturday; then the Fab Five being outcoached and Webber having a mini-stroke in the last seconds of the final on Monday. I wasn't very sad after the Buffalo game because I remembered the Broncos loss a year earlier; but the KC loss a year later was gut wrenching. Watching Adams dismantle then move the team in two years' time, and then attending U of H in the late '90s and early '00s, probably killed any enthusiasm I had for a particular team, or sports on a game-by-game basis.

if the rockets, texans, or the astros lose... i'm usually disappointed for a few minutes then get over it. but the fact that they are all not doing as well as i expected them to this year and last year, i've been pretty disappointed.

i remember in 94, 95... i was younger and happier, maybe it was due to the rockets winning the championships... dunno. the year the stros went to the world series, i was a happy camper, the year oilers lost to the bills, i was literally depressed after that loss.

I wish they didn't but they defiantly do!

I always feel better when ever New South Wales wins the State Of Origin series. When we lose its like a dark cloud that doesn't go away...and we have lost it for four straight seasons. :(

Taking the sports too seriously makes my mood totally based on the result of the teams that I follow through these years.

They just affect so many aspect of my life. Well, I'm in the progress of making this effect on attitude thing wane and fade out of my life because I ain't got no grip on the outcome, so why bothers to be cut up with them?

As of now, I voted Yes, hope it's gonna turn out a No not far from today.

People who are not affected by their sports teams' outcome need to get a life.

When I was younger it really bugged me, now a days it's easier to let things slide. Playoff losses though do linger for a while.

I would say a lose only affects me for a little bit (less than an hour) except maybe championship games. Wins set the tone for a couple of days.
