Just a heads up. Really bad stuff going on here. Don't want to get into it online but management is clearly lying to customers. Decided I would make a point on clutchfans. Wouldn't want fellow fans to be tricked. I like all other Marriots but I would strongly recommend skipping this locations. Tough to overcome dishonesty from the staff of any business. This is no exception.
Just last month Marriott was fined 600K by the FTC for blocking hotel guests personal internet connections so that instead they would pay for the hotel internet. http://www.slate.com/blogs/future_t..._personal_wifi_connections_then_charging.html
I appreciate your sentiment but no one will avoid a hotel for an unspecified guest complaint. The customer service industry obviously can't satisfy everyone. Can you give more details or is this something private?
We know you about as well as we know the staff there. Why should we trust your account as opposed to our own experiences there or at other locations under their brand?
I'll use this as bad service thread. Walmart bank first convenience closed my minor account and transferred my money to who God knows where. I had a couple of bands in there. What if I was a broke boy and needed my momey?
i can attest that ritz carlton (also owned by marriott) does the same thing in at least 2 locations abroad. probably a despicable company all around.
