Guys like Howard, deron, lebron, bosh, etc.. Go to destinations where there is a future or a established superstar(dirk) or a up and coming one. Was Houston the lap of luxury when drexler, pippen, Barkley, tmac all came here?? No it's because we had Dream and Yao. Draft a superstar and then we will get guys here. Keep making trades like we just did and we will hover around the 7-9 spot and draft crap every year

I get so tired of hearing about how Cuban makes guys wanna come.. No its because of a 7 footer named dirk. Once he's gone we will see how many they get because if they don't get deron they will have to draft one, plus deron knows dirk maybe has 2 more seasons in him then it's just him..

 

Mark Cuban is <del>one of</del> the best owner in sports. He is always willing to spend money. He takes care of his players. I remember how him willing to take on salary basically ended up with them getting Antwan Jamison and the 5th pick for pretty much nothing.

Any player Cuban has gotten is because of dirk.. U think guys are like "wow u have a cool locker room and plane so sign me up".. The mavs are his business and he has had a superstar he could sell to anyone to come play here, our roster has none because we haven't drafted another one. To back and look at the rockets success as a franchise and I guarantee u 95% came through guys we drafted. Hakeem, Ralph Sampson, Yao, Robert Reid, Robert horry, etc.. This is why u have to say is one year worth tanking, les says no and continues to trade for anything to keep us competitive and drafting at 14-20 range. That won't make us better. So this summer when we have cap sPace we will see what morey can do. If its nothing but more average players at average prices then your dealing with a GM and owner that are tight asses
