Anyways, there's a limited number of star players in this league. So if this guy knows something we'll get one of them. Good enough for me.

So how will we know if you were right? Since basically you said... nothing we didn't already know?

 

And, will we give up some other pieces than McGrady? Anyone from the starting lineup? Or a key contributor off the bench? (notice i'm leaving open the fact that the key contributor could be lowry or landry, so by answering me your still good).

 

I wouldn't be surprised if Morey is looking at a player that the media or us as fans have not considered.

I never would have thought Morey was looking for a Kyle Lowry/ Rafer swap and the Shane/ Rudy trade was definitely unexpected.

Yes. Any trade in which quality players are returning, expect at least one of our rotation guys to be part of the deal... McGrady's last day as a Rocket will probably be the last day for another current player.

 

Ugh. I will be disappointed in any trade that has us giving up Scola or Landry...unless the new guy has major upside and addresses more than our needs.

How do you have this supposed info? I want to believe it but it seems unlikely with the amount of info given. I would understand if you were told in confidence but why post this at all then?
