In the technical sense that a guy will be unable to orgasm if there is no breast milk somehow involved? Probably not. In the sense that breast milk is a turn on to some guys, I would say that is pretty likely, and actually makes a lot more sense to me than a lot of weird sexual preferences (scat fetishes, foot fetishes, "water sports", bondage, S&M, etc.).

No. This is called induced lactating. Didn't you ever watch "The Hand That Rocks The Cradle"?
