There was no mention of ambulances on the scene, only police cars. So I think we can at least conclude nobody got hit.

The chick is supposed to have a brother(s?) with gang connections. Anything is possible. Eddie is innocent until we find out otherwise, as far as I'm concerned. I just wish he was mature enough not to have gotten involved with this woman and her crowd. I'm sure being around a millionaire celebrity was a turn on. If Eddie can get out of this situation, he needs serious counseling and some meds, imo. Wow. (hell, sounds like he needed it before)
Maybe, but if a gun is fired in a house... shouldn't there be holes in something... that should be a pretty easy thing to confirm. Now who fired the gun, when, and with what gun, and to whome did that gun belong to might be easier to lye about..
Eddie's an NBA player, with millionaire friends. How come he doesn't have any NBA friends that can "take care" of his business?
