No. you return the receiver, not dish. You still can have the dish, but just for a good looking roof. There is an instruction for returning, it is easy.

Yes, this is a very good question, directTV gay will come to my place on Thursday, I would image they use their dish. I do not want them to use my old dish from dishnetwork even if it works. You can remove dish very easily as long as you do not care of going to the roof. I have been using dishnetwork for a while, I have to switch to directTV because of no rockets game problem. By the way, directTV gay would remove your old dish if you ask him to do it so.
Looks like I'll be switching to Comcast.. just switched to them for internet and phone, but kept Dish for TV.. but, after this, I'll be using Comcast for Satellite TV also.. If you have it, how is it? (dvr, channels, etc)

IIRC, they will NOT use the dish sat. Direct TV will bring theirs. btw, don't forget to do a referral with someone to save $100. They brought me a Dtv dish. Stuck ours in the yard.
