They should make him play all 82 games... Thats a harsh penalty for someone who plays half the games but get their full salaries.... Or just ban him from the medical staff the 1st 15 games

Lakers have been punks for the better part of a decade now.

Rick Fox, Kobe Bryant, Sasha Vujachic, Derek Fisher... now Ron Ron, Odom, and Bynum.

Classless, cheapshotting losers who can't handle getting run.

I understand the game used to be played a lot rougher but a cheap shot is a cheap shot regardless of the decade. In the 80s, guys like Mahorn and Laimbeer were absolutely hated for their cheap shots. The fact they were rarely punished for them was a function of the climate in the league at the time(fighting bigger battles) but just because they got away with playing dirty doesn't excuse their behavior - it was as outrageous then as it is today.

...for Bynum's part, I think he needs to be suspended for several games - maybe somewhere between 15-25. The guy has been reprimanded for this several times before and given the way he is clearly picking his moments to hit players when they are at their most vulnerable just shows that he lacks a lot of maturity and respect. I don't wish injury on players, but I gotta say it would be fittingly ironic if Bynum were to suffer an injury from a hard foul similar to the ones he is dishing out.

    Damn burn on Magic.

Detroit is up big with about 7 minutes left in the game and Isiah driving in. So Magic decides to smack the smaller Isiah in the mouth IN MIDAIR. Sounds familiar. Magic was never known to make the most intelligent comments anyways.

You sound like you have some major emotional issues with your two biggest heroes t-mac/yao riding off into the sunset... You should probably get over it. The mavs cannot help it that they couldn't win a series.

ok, so for 8 mins in the game, the dallas should have not scored??
I agree if it has like 30 or 40 secs on the clock, but 8 mins?
they still have to play the game.
