How is this even a story? Dwight and CP3 are opting out THIS summer. Dirk still has another year on his contract. That and he'll also be worth WAY less than his salary this season. So no **** Dirk, you will be taking a pay cut.

Dallas is gonna try hard to land Chris Paul and D. Howard. I think the Clippers made the right move in getting rid of Del Negro as coach, and now need to figure out who CP3 would like. The Clippers need to go and talk to Phil Jackson. If the money is right it would have to be the perfect scenario. Stay in LA and stick it to Jim Buss at the same time.

I dont think Howard would go to Dallas if all they have is Dirk. Dirk showed his age last year and he looks like a guy who won his ring and is content, no matter what he says. That burning desire to win seems diminished in him.
