I just come back the movie theatre in Germany watching a new film/documentary about Dirk.
It's absolutely incredible and once again showed me why he is my favorite player in the league (and I hate the Mavs I've been a Rockets fan my entire life).
He ist just a cool und humble guy, unbelievable.
Hopefully the movie comes out in the states as well. It's a must see for every basketball fan.

Here are a few trailers (some in German though):

Just watched it on AXSTV and it was an excellent documentary.
For anyone looking for a good BBall documentary, this is one. It's on Netflix right now.
Also there's a Rockets connection as Yao is interviewed multiple times in the documentary. Kobe also gets interviewed about Dirk. Just thinking about how busy both Yao and Kobe are in terms of requests for interviews from media, sponsors, etc. It's a credit to Dirk that both decided to sit down and talk about him in this documentary.

Great great player and an even better person.

It's worth the watch on netflix if any of y'all is looking for some sports/Basketball movie/documentary watching.
