I'd rather see the Mavs miss the playoffs with Dirk in the lineup... but either way I will enjoy it.

hope we can get that 2nd seed and play dallas in the 1st round...that would be our best bet to get out of 1st round

Dirk is defenitely missing the rest of the regular season, for sure. Playoffs too likely, if we can play well for the rest of our 12 games, we can face them, hopefully!

I remember last year when in a game it looked like Dirk bent it badly.. I thought for sure he would be out for a while.. he was back the next game.

Thing is, this was a real nasty injury, and he couldnt even walk. It looked as nasty as Bynum's injury.

    Any news on his injury?

Sounds like their season is starting to look just like ours.

how does it feel, Mavs? Sucks?

Cuban needs a tshirt that says, "I spent 140$million on my NBA team's payroll this year and all i got was this lousy t-shirt".

That was what I was talking about. That is why Mavs fans say that he has bionic ankles so they were hoping his legs and knees are the same.

That's a very nasty fall. It's an ankle twist and a knee snap. Dirk will be very happy if something is not torn or broken.

How do you know? FOr me it looks like it may be a lot longer. As I remember Duncan had something similar with sprained ankle and bumped knee. Ankle is not very serious often but we should know what does 'bumped knee' means.

Dallas situation is getting worse and worse.

Maybe not broken, but he canbe sure he's got sprained ankle. As for knee we will see.

Even if he only misses 2 weeks, the Mavs will lose 4 or 5 of those games. They may still make the playoffs, but it'll be as the 8th seed at this point.
