Why would you do that? There are only 4 or 5 players I would trade Dirk for in fantasy. I hope you traded for one of those players.
The Jazz is letting every team take turns in destroying them. It makes the Rockets win less impressive and makes me worried about the game against the Lakers.
It's still impressive considering that we are without both of our stars. I can understand why you are worried against the Lakers. I hope our guys will try their best. If we win,great. If we don't,as long as we can learn and get better from the experience,it's good enough for me.
The trade I made was Dirk and Tyreke Evans for Amare Stoudemire and Stephen Jackson. I did it because of the Stephen Jackson for Tyreke Evans thing.
If OKC can push LA to OT in their building, I'm pretty confident our guys can knock off the Lakers pretty handily (again) in our building.

I have Dirk in fantasy and his stat line was pretty damn impressive: 40 pts, 12-22 shooting, 15-16FT, 11 reb 5 ast 2 steals 5 blocks 0 TO! Since when could Dirk get 5 blocks?
I care when the Jazz lose because it brings me joy. I'm indifferent to the Mavs for most part but they're in our division so it's better they lose.
With the Sonics moving and changing team name, The Jazz vs Mavs matchup is the Rockets' 2 most hated teams. ARGH! I hate the j*zz more though. As far as mavs goes, I only really hate Cuban and Josh Howard.
that was pretty unreal. this is why i suck as a fantasy basketball player, i let my hate get in the way of a good pick.
Okur was guarding him the entire quarter, and they never doubled until one of the very last possessions (off of Kidd who then drained a backbreaking three). So of course he was going to continuosly get by cement shoe wearing Okur, and with no help, it was like a layup line. Not impressed.
I hate Sloan, but he is a very respected coach and knows what he's doing, which is puzzling why he had Okur on Dirk instead of Boozer or Kirilenko who have more foot speed.
