Was he ever any good as a player? I hated watching him in NBA2k because his face usually filled up the screen, never saw him play from what I can recall.
He will be the "body guard" for the coaching staff. If the players get lippy they call in the enforcer.

Maybe a FT coach or something? I believe ppl who could not achieve something, somehow have the ability to feel for those who got stuck there… Say, phil Jackson had achieved nothing as a player, when being transferrd as coach ppl call him ZEN MASTER… On the contrary, MJ can't understand why kids fail putting the ball in the hoop.
