Yikes... Anyone know how I45 North is looking? I have to go from the Beltway to the Shepherd exit. That part of the feeder always floods.

I had to drive to Hobby to pick up my wife. Not too bad on the way there, but there were some spots on the way back where I was going 15 mph on the South Beltway. Not fun.
Well, I made to work fine today, but now it is raining and flooding so badly over at my house that I can't even think about driving home until it has stopped raining for a little while...and it isn't showing any signs of letting up anytime soon, my wife says. She said that water is will up towards my house and when trucks drive by the water laps up and hits the edge of my home. This could be bad.
got here around 2PM. Was on my way in and I met my boss on his way out and when I checked my email there was a not for me from him telling me to pay the hours I missed. AND HE WAS LEFT TOO EARLY???
