That's basically it. When his feet are set and he does a catch and shoot he is much better. But anything "off the dribble" and he is in trouble. The problem is, is that other than Tmac, Rafer is the only one that can create so more often than not he is forced "on the move" and thus shots low percentage. Rafer probably would be more valuable if someone like Battier could create off the dribble leaving Rafer open for stand still jumpers. When Yao comes back, that will help Rafer because you still have Tmac creating offense and then you have Yao drawing double teams which means Rafer doesn't have to create as much on his own and go "on the move." He can do more stand still shooting.
