Its an actual fact. The US is the only industrialized nation where most of its citizens have no idea how to tell military time. It is used predominantly in Europe and Asia and most of the non-English speaking world. This clock is so much simpler to use, I don't understand why it never caught on in the US.
Yeah I understand the official time format in many country around the world is "military time," but what I was trying to say is in reality people rarely use the the 24-hour format in every day life, especially during conversation. I can attest that's the case in China at least -- that'll take care of 1/5 of the world population. Any Indian-American here? How's the custom of telling time in India? Anybody from Europe? South America?
