so? i dont see d will going off as much as johnson did. i think a bigger defender like parsons couldve held johnson to much lower points

McHale gave up on Lin defense. I hope he gave up on him on offense too

Parson's isn't exactly the greatest defender. Not sure why he's been guarding the other team's PG, especially a PG like Dwill. I guess that's the best we have with Bev out. That puts the Rockets in a tough position defensively. Another reason why Bev is so damn important.

The sooner the better at this point. He still seems to hold this belief that Lin can spark the offense at times.

I think Lin should've guarded Paul as well. He did a nice job on him last year. I feel like McHale is trying to cover for Harden by shifting Lin to guard the #2 because Lin does a better job on #2's than does McHale but it sort of puts your whole defense out of sync as well as your offense to have your SF guarding the point. Lin can handle himself against most of the PGs in the league and at least it wouldn't result in other guys being out of position. You can switch Parsons on to Harden's man, or sit Parsons and put Garcia on that player for some minutes.

Since he inexplicably played Lin over Brooks earlier in the season.
