I wonder if the league ever considered that constant league office meddling in the affairs of teams, blatant favoritism, and dumb gimmicks are the reasons ratings keep declining in the first place? I must remind everyone that the highest viewed non-finals series of all time was the 2018 WCF, the ratings decline began right after that series ended, and I think we all know why.
