The same conservatives said NOTHING when freerepublic.com and Michael Savage attacked Obama's children by saying Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn actually babysat them from time to time. "What kind of first children are going to be in the White House with that influence?" I could go on and on. Sarah should do everyone a favor.....including her kids.....get your ass back to Alaska and be a mom again. Stop whoring yourself out for your own gain. But I guess that's all she is good for.

My only question is how this board would have reacted had Letterman been talking about Michelle Obama and whatever her daughters are named. They are about the same age, and Michelle dresses like a slutty flight attendant half the time. Go ahead and substitute the appropriate names and see how you feel.

The Palin daughter in question is 14. Batman, you are trying to divert the issue because what Letterman did was so outrageously wrong. It would have been wrong with Michelle Obama and the rape of one of her underage daughters as well. My point is to demonstrate how the board has outrage for one scenario but not the other.
It was obvious to anyone with half a brain that the daughter Letterman was referring to was Bristol. His joke makes no sense any other way. It doesn't matter who was at the game. It was a joke. The Palin kids were only used as a prop for a Spitzer joke... same with the Arod joke. They were just used a props. The jokes were actually about how sleazy those two men are. Sarah Palin is the ONLY ONE talking about a 14 year old. She is the only one who brought up rape. If she had never brought Willow into the discussion, this joke would be a non-issue.
First off I love you CHI and thanks for that cleaver. The jokes make no sense if it was not about Willow. Willow was at the game. Thus how can AROD inpregnate her in the 7th inning if she is not in the same state? Letterman made a mistake and obviously he thought the joke was about Bristol but the joke only makes sense if the girl was there.
Letterman's tape clearly showed the 14-year-old at a Yankee game. He and his staff could not have been so stupid as to miss which daughter it was.

He says them to get a cheap laugh. It only makes sense if it was Bristol because she was in fact "knocked up". Everyone knows who Bristol is. Nobody even knew who Willow was until this supposed "outrage" by Sarah Palin. Late night comics tell topical humor. Sarah Palin was in the news recently. Bristol was in the news recently. Willow was not.. that's why it is obvious that Letterman was referring to Bristol. Do you honestly believe that Letterman or any late-night comic would joke about sex with a 14 year old? It just does not make any sense.
