I think the evidence points to him not locking himself down in his basement for his full quarantine. It's captured on video when he got into it with a neighbor. Tucker Carlson broke the story.

I think when you've got the COVID and you are quarantining, your expected to stay in your house, or at least you're asked to. The funniest thing about it is that CNN made a big stink about him not leaving his basement and finally got to come out when the quarantine was over. It does appear from this article that Fredo was on his own property and there was plenty of distance. So the old guy harassed him which is funny too.
we can blame him and CNN for the drama of coming out of the basement when everything ended but I think him being in the middle of his own acreage property while being harassed by some cyclist on the street is being overblown
I think I'd agree with you there. The old dude was yelling at him through a fence that had some distance between them. I don't think I can be too critical of Cuomo going outside on his own property because I'd most likely do the same if I thought I wasn't harming anyone.
