He was also doing it while shooting a cool .368 from the field.

Are you talking about those two times he drove to the basket and missed both layups again?

    I agree! It was unbelievable!

If I had not had my blinders on I would think that T-mac was a significant piece to a championship team and well worth his 23 million dollar contract.

Chauncey was a huge bust when he came in. Well, more like a selfish ballhog. The Billups you know now did not come into being until 5-6 years after he came in. He took the longest. When he got to Detroit he became a star. Rip was probably the earliest to get to all-star status. Besides, many are saying Budinger shoulda gone top 10 with his play this year. That puts him right along side those guys. Heck, Johnson did not become all-star capable til he got to Phoenix, and did not cement his status is a true star until he went to Atlanta.

Mcgrady isn't going anywhere. All this is bs. This is just like last year. All these rumors and nothing will happen but maybe I'm wrong

Those stats were basically for if he were starting right now. Given a few years, I could see him flirting with triple doubles. . He has the tools to do something like that, and he has a good head on his shoulders.

Didn't Joe Johnson go to Phoenix his sophomore season? He was very good in Boston, they just had a lot of guys at his position as they were trying to make a push for the playoffs.

Billups was good after 3 years - wasn't all that long.

I am not sure Chase was a top 10 guy. But it's really early to judge him. There's a lot to like about his game, but what I have to see is how he grows in the 2nd half. The verdict is still out.

I'm afraid you'll have to face it. The team is gonna burn that last bridge with Tmac. The only question is, On what shore will he be standing when the last bridge goes down? Golden State? Utah? Sacramento?

Golden state does not want him. Idk I don't work for the organization so I can't call it. All there is to do is wait n see what happens

    Joe Johnson's rookie year he averaged 6.3 pts, .439 FG%, 1.5 ast, 2.9 reb, .273 3pt%, 0.7 steals in 20.9 minutes/game. Hard to call that "very good".

    Billups 3rd yr he averaged 8.6 pts, .337 FG%, 3.0 ast, 1.8 TO, .171 3pt% in 23.5 min/game. Billups 4th year in Minnesota was similar with 9.3 pts but he raised his fg% to .422. 5th season (still with T-Wolves) averaged 12.5 on .423 FG%. His breakout year was his 6th year when he went to Detroit: 16.2 pts, .421 FG%, .422 3pt%, 3.9 ast, 3.3 reb.

Actually, what I'm arguing is that a three-way trade gives us much more flexibility than a two team swap.

Dick Justice just said on 1560..

Minnesota, New Orleans, and the Knicks are interested... He also mentioned the Rockets are very interested in Anthony Randolph

Havent read this whole thread but Dick said on 1560 they covet Randolph(and have been after him) but likely wont get him, and that NYK and NO are interested.

The "Media" doesn't know if we will get Randolph...assumptions really but I do think all the teams he named are legit landing spots.

Curious to learn what pieces New Orleans would be interested in moving for Tracy McGrady?
