No. There is no difference. A tweet by some random person is the exact same as a post by a random person on a message board. It is their thoughts. So some random Twitter bro saying Pelosi was having gay sex, with no proof, and awaiting sources, is the same exact thing as saying @King1 is a pedo in a message board, with no proof, but awaiting sources.
