People said all the same things about the media making up friction between Harden and Chris Paul. And about Westbrook wanting out. And about Harden wanting out. Same with the Astros and all the crap with the reporter. It was all 100% true. People want to believe the best about their teams/players, but the media doesn't have any particular ax to grind - and they are right a hell of a lot more than they are wrong.
Ain’t happening chief sorry...I know you really wish Watson would be traded. But guess what he isn’t and even if he was the Texans would be gifted an all world talent in Trevor Lawrence
I have no idea what you're talking about. I want the front office and owner traded. Watson isn't getting traded anywhere. If he were, I seriously doubt it would be the Dolphins. EDIT: Sorry, Jacksonville. They aren't close enough to contending to want a non-rookie-deal QB yet. They are much better off going with Lawrence. The Dolphins *would* be a logical destination for him in theory.
Are you new here? The coach and GM are not usually above an elite young quarterback. FWIW it wasn’t really who Watson wanted, it was who his teammates suggested and Cal McNair TOLD Watson he wanted Watson involved. The article said Watson didn’t expect the team to choose who the players wanted, just to meet and talk to them. I understand where you are coming from but remember players are not just labor but also the product as well.
Reach That guy is an author of a book somebody referred to Watson and I want to say it was Easterby lol. It’s called the coffee bean.
The organization mortgaged the future to bring in Tunsil, David Johnson, and Brandin Cooks for Watson. They also used significant draft capital on o-linemen. Hard to say McNair hasn't tried to accommodate Watson with their personnel moves... and this says nothing to the monster contract that they awarded him. Honestly, a 25-year old football player doesn't know his head from his rear end when it comes to running a business or a football organization. Just throw the ball and cash your checks, my guy.
The team mortgaged its future by discarding Duane Brown, Jadaveon Clowney, Deandre Hopkins, DJ Reader all at a new loss.
Everything is going to be fine Caserio hell of GM hire Easterby goes back to preacher Hire Brady as HC And let’s turn this thing around. Right now there just seems to be a hit out on the Texans but it will pass just the “wave” at the moment
The Texans can get draft picks for Watson, and there is a good chance the players they get with those picks are no where near as good as Watson. Serious question, what does the franchise have to do for you to conclude the problem is ownership? If you cannot get along with Watt or Watson, then you are the *******.
