Those are completely different situations though. Dan Snyder was accused of sexual harassment, not sexual assault or sexual battery. Him putting his hand on a cheerleader's thigh isn't anywhere close to whipping his dick out at them or forcing them to perform sex acts. Robert Kraft got caught paying hookers....a consensual act. Look, I know you have to bend over backwards to carry water for your guy, but you just aren't going to convince many people to support a sexual predator like that.
