I have not heard of many judges "Reasonably Accommodate" anyone without a MAJOR conflict like another court conflict or duel court dates for Representation. Inconvenience of a party is never "reasonable."

 

Watson is going to have problems with this newest case. Seeing as to how Rusty initially tried to subpoena her in relation to the Buzbee cases. Buzbee filed a motion to quash the subpoena. The judge granted it and prohibited Rusty and his firm from going after any document production from this current complainant back in 2021z Rusty subpoenaed her anyway without the courts knowledge, took her deposition illegally and tried to use that deposition in this current case. And without her having legal representation at the time.
