I would've held onto Hopkins for 1 more year before trading him. I understand why he was traded and Easterby had little to do with that. But you're right, nobody that I know of is a fan of Easterby. How are you feeling about what Caserio's done so far? Are you looking forward to the next draft? Will you comeback into the fold if they start winning again?
That Giants deal or the same concept but with the Jets and their two FRPs is what I’d be angling for. Need to convince Watson on NY. Maybe he can have some influence on who the Giants bring in as coach. Go get Flores if that’s who he wants.

According to Caserio, Easterby was involved in the decision-making to fire Culley, so I'm not sure it's quite so clear what anyone's roles are.
If these things are true, Flores should go talk to Denver and see if he can get that job, and Watson should list only Denver as an acceptable trade destination.

The Texans have talked to Bryan Flores. The Texans knew before the interview that Flores WANTS Watson.....so, if ALL of that is known, don't you think the Texans may have an interest in bringing him back! And since Watson tried to broker a deal to settle with one of the complainants, I think it's definitely possible.
