What in the world are the Knicks doing?

    Rose is awful.

Rose needed a change of scenery. Who knows, it could work out really well. I don't know the triangle offense as well as others, but I do know you need a dominant guard to make it work effectively.

Two trades from the Bulls in the last week. They're making up for the last six years of ignoring this feature on franchise mode.

    ahahahahaha!!!
MY GOD! Everyone prepeare their popcorn! Rose in a contract year with the NY media? It's going to get very funny!

Godawful trade for the Knicks. Great for the Bulls. Seems Gar decided to take the leap. Now if Rose has a contract year then will he get finally fired? Hope not.

Also with Grant will the Bulls draft Baldwin as well as reported? Doesn't make sense.
Anyway it seems Boston will have to suck it up because Butler isn't available any time soon.

to me it seems like a good trade for the Knicks.. I think they had to do something since Carmelo isn't getting any younger. High risk high reward pick.

How does the Howard to Knicks rumor jive with Porzingis?

Rose/whoever/Melo/Porzingus/Howard? Twin Towers? 7'3" power forward that will be forced to spread away from Howard?

This is also interesting because i don't think the Bulls are going to rebuild at this point, so no Butler on the market probably...

Oh yeah..thanx Isola for once making a good point. Now NY is without a C.
Noah and Gasol? Choosing to play again with Rose? Don't see it.
Seems like Dwight will have one more team trying to pay him. Good for him.

what about The "Unicorn", I thought he was the future on that team anyway....

    Rose
    Melo
    **The Unicorn**

I really want them to add Howard to this roster.... :)

This is actually one of the smartest moves New York has done in years. They moved Robin Lopez's $14 mil/year for the next 3 years off the books. If Rose doesn't fit in New York, no problem, its a $25 mil contract. The Knicks will have $50-$60 million in cap space next summer, with a free agent class of Westbrook, and possibly Paul, Durant, Griffin, Hayward, Lowry, Millsap if any of them opt out of their deals.

    Great deal for the Bulls.

I feel bad for Rose as he's a shell of himself due to injuries.

But, getting Lopez in this deal is a coup...

Now, Chicago will have a chance at some sense of continuity out there.
