his game relies too heavily on athleticism - with his injuries, i would think his small stature would prevent him from being able to take over games.

I agee. I just don't see anything in Rose that demands he will be elite again.
I think more like an Aging Jason Kidd or Fisher Type maybe

I remember Penny HArdaway after his injury
    and
[i may be wrong] but Penny was a much better player

relies too much on athleticism, but more importantly his style in getting to the basket and penetrating is not fluid at all, incredibly herky-jerky with the stop/start pivots etc. Dude is bound to blow out another knee sadly

I think most of what will hold Rose back is between his ears. Both of his injuries were non-contact. I feel like every time he goes up, hes gonna be wondering if hes gonna land awkwardly again. Hard to be effective or explosive this way. He needs to be able to play without thinking so much. I dont think he can do this. He also doesnt believe himself to be 100%. When asked about Team USA training camp, Rose said, "I dont know. Depends on my rehab. Lets see how i feel" That doesnt sound good to me.

Worst part about Rose's injuries is both were non-contact... not very preventable.

Alot of ignorant people... 6'8'' PG with mad skills. IIRC he had a post game too.

    And some popular shoes

I find it hilarious Rose agreed to show melo he can still work the court in a private session.
