    Brooks and Jeffries for Deron? Really? The Tooth Fairy isn't real. The entire Rockets roster isn't enough to pry Deron from the Nets. No matter how angry and unhappy he claims he is.

    I would say they got a decent deal. Face it DWill was most likely walking and they didn't want to be in a situation Denver was. They tried to appease him by forcing Sloan out, but still probably not enough. So they got the best deal they could get before DWill started making demands to be traded to specific teams. NJ took a huge risk, which might not pay off, DWill might still walk.

    Kind of funny for DWill, he wanted to form a Super Best Friend group in NY and now he's mad he's stuck in NJ.

    Not to mention there was probably zero chance that Utah was going to trade him to a Western Conference team even if they could beat the Nets offer. :(

    Smart thing to do for Utah. It would have been a totally futile effort trying to appease Deron and get him to stay. The only way for a small market team like Utah to get star players is through the draft. #3 pick from last year and another top pick this year ain't bad. A lot better than they would have gotten when Deron held them hostage next season.

    And I still can't stand the Jazz.

    Great way to show loyalty to Sloan by bending over for Deron, now he's gone and jazz management looks like ___________!

    Hope we could pry him from Nets for Their owners wet dream of Scola and Brooks but Lopez would have to come too or no deal. Deron in NJ is good but who is he going to pass to?

    Feel sorry for Favours, Utah sucks.
