What teams would be "coming out of NOWHERE". Hmmmm.

    Clippers, Hawks

would that mean Terry or Jaric?

All these long term, large dollar contracts -- with a possible work stoppage ahead. What will Stern say to the players' union, 'Help me help our owners help themselves'?

His position will be as indefensible as a Shaq dunk, or a TMc attack!

Chuck Atkins? (Not that I want him, but he may be on the block.)

But do you see Jaric as a JVG type PG? I don't.

As for guys we havent talked too much about......How about Chucky Atkins of Boston? Earl Watson of Memphis? With the Fisher signing, Speedy Claxton of Golden State?

Crawford is a solid talent...however, Im not quite sure if he fits into our system.

He needs the ball in his hands to do damage. Really dont need that kind of player with TMac and Yao on board.

Ridiculous contracts! Is the new Warrior GM dumb or something? Two of the most stupid contract of the season! Besides, what Warriors need Fisher's playoff experience for? They staying in lottery for years to come.

Watson would be a player that would fit our system. I'd take that.

Jaric is 6'7, athletic and plays tough defense. Sounds like a JVG guy to me.

McGrady will strangle Van Exel before the season ends if he comes to Houston.Only 1 ball-hog per team.
Pippen understood that in Chicago, that is why they won.
Van Exel has never understood that.Just another thug with individual skills and no team skills out of Huggins program like all the others.

Daniels is not going to happen.Seattle lost out on Fisher and lost Barry.Daniels is staying put.

For that amount they can have Fisher.
Snow is 13% from 3 land over the past 3 seasons.Yao would face tons of collapsing "D's" with him.

Almost time to face facts.Lue,Gaines,Mark Jackson may be our PG's next season.I hope Gaines is ready to prove what he did at Louisville and not what he did last year.

What kind of contract does Speedy have? I'd like to see him in a Rocket uni.

I'm sure it's been asked, but this is purely speculative:

Would any contracts and players/draft picks match for a trade to NJ for Kidd? I doubt he will play with the Nets next season without K-Mart, so it's a thought.

But then again, if Kidd does end up getting traded, you would have to think that the ONLY place he ends up is Dallas.

I thought his defense was a liability. But he does have nice size.

The Rockets aren't stuck with Fisher's shiny, new, bloated albatross of a contract.

Today is indeed a good day.

That would be good. He is 31 yrs. old and makes $3.15 with a team option after this season.

I was also trying thinking of places that would be considered NOWHERE. That word just stuck in my mind.

    Utah would be another.
