The Nuggets just match up well against OKC.
It wouldn't shock me if they were able to be the Thunder in a playoff series, I just can't see them beating the Spurs.

Clippers... nope... nope. Not gonna happen. Too flawed a team.

    seriously are you confused?
Pls use your logic. If anyone out of Lawson,Gallo, Faried, Chandler turns the corner and help them get to the WC finals they are on the cusp of star calibur

The West, unlike the East is wide open and really any of the top 4 or 5 teams in the West could find their way into the Finals while it would be really tough to see anyone besides the Heat represent the East. It will come down to matchups in the West. When these top teams play each other, who the home team is, and how healthy their squads are. I really thought going into the playoffs, it was the Spurs year as all their vets were healthy and clicking. Now Parker is hurt, but as long as he can come back in time for the playoffs, and Duncan and Ginobili can enter the playoffs ready for another run, I would consider them my favorite to make the Finals.

Clippers have no shot if they face Spurs in the playoffs. They are the ultimate pretenders.

Still on the fence about Denver, I really don't see them winning a series on the road against OKC, of course it is possible, but unlikely.

Lawson is good, but I really think Miller is vastly underrated.

I don't agree Nuggets will make the finals, unless they sneak into the #1 seed or MAYBE #2 seed (highly unlikely). If that happens, their home court advantage will help a lot and there is a really good chance they get there.

Otherwise we are likely seeing Spurs vs OKC in the WCF again.

Clutchness is one of the most useless things in the NBA. It affects just one shot each game out of like 30 you take, and even then it's not 100%. If someone was really clutch they'd win every game they play.

Also between the 2 of them KD and WB have hit more clutch shots than any other team in the NBA, including Nuggets with Ty Lawson and Iggy.

With Iggy they match up much better with western conference teams. You can put Iggy on CP3/Tony Parker/Wesbtrook/Durant to slow them down as much as possible and force other players to do things they're not used to doing.

I could see the Nuggets coming out of the West but the West playoffs are gonna be such a ****storm.

i was watching first take, not skip and steve or whoever but the host, tim legler and a few writers and they said george karl is coaching his ideal team. in their win streak they've had six different leading scorers. they said he would not rather count on one or two players every night.

That's right. Streaks at the end of the season are not nearly as important as in College, because bad teams go in tank mode pretty soon (giving games away) and some of the best teams start resting.

You know that. Last week is often the worst bball of the season.

If the game is on the line I'd rather Durant have the ball than Ty Lawson or Chris Paul.
