    He is a very good NBA assistant coach (and a good guy), if he has the right head coach that buys into his system, he will surprise people.

    Finch was held back by McHale.

    Agreed. He'll be great for Mudiay.

    He absolutely was. But not only McHale. Also by Harden and a one-dimensional roster.

    Finch is one of the brightest young offensive minds on the planet. He'll make his mark either in Denver or eventually elsewhere. Expect him to eventually become a great NBA head coach someday somewhere.
