Eddie......hmm....has he gained any weight? Yeah...I hope he and Yao can work out together happily and grow stronger together. DOESN'T THAT SOUND INSPIRATIONAL????

Yeah. Our defense has sucked. Mainly cuz Griffin is always needing help. And cuz Francis can't stop Tyronn Lues or Derek Fishers or even Juan Dixons....

I try not to put all blames on individual players for poor defense. First and foremost, defense is about desire and commitment. You have to commit your body and pride your soul in order to be a defensive player. This team will not have a good perimeter defense or transition defense. If they want a good overall defense, they have to count on the interior defense for help.

    Jermaine O'neal is 242, he's got like 15-20 pounds on Eddie, so I don't think that's a fair comparison.

PUt KG or Wallace's motor in Eddie's body and you'd have a 22/11/2.5 guy. I really think he has that much physical talent.

I root for Eddie. I almost feel sorry for him out there. He has no emotion, you never see his teeth, if you know what I mean. So much potential.

I remember there was a "would you trade Eddie for KG"thread last year. Some of us thought that Eddie had as much upside as Kevin. Physically speaking, we may not have been far off.

As for O'neal, who knows how good he was at age 20? He never played. So, we can just assume he wasn't as good as Rasheed wallace.
