This is the 4th time I have been compared to Trader Jorge, and I must say- I am more than flattered. The few posts I have read from him are better than anything I will ever produce on the BBS.
And I never called him an anti-Semite. Nice attempt to label me a knee-jerk bomb thrower. I said he was walking a dangerous road because you simply can't assert as fact that Jews have disproportionate influence in Hollywood, TV, and print media (that better?). Or that they have disproportionate influence on the Democratic Party. It's a dangerous road because it's the kind of thinking that fuels a lot of anti-Semitic thought. But it doesn't in and of itself, make one an anti-Semite (in my opinion). edit: OK, you typed your post about why you think Jews have so much influence in the media while I typed mine. Your post is exactly why I didn't use the word "anti-Semite" -- I wouldn't throw a label like that around if I don't know a person individually. But I just happen to disagree with your opinion about their influence. And my opinion has been shaped by actually working with reporters in the print and electronic media on political campaigns.
Thank you for removing your "code speak". I will take that as an admission that you were wrong to use it in the first place. btw, I do assert that Jews have a disproportionate influence in Hollywood, TV, the print media, the legal profession, the medical world, and accounting. Generally speaking, Jews should be congratulated for making education, family, and community a priority.
The establishment of a doting, inferior sub-ego is fascinating, but probably not unprecendented. I'll have to spend some time in the library looking over case histories. . . . Okay, I'll drop it. Case closed.
Well, it didn't seem like an attack. He just questioned what Jorge was saying. He also made some good points about how many Jewish Americans there are, how often they vote Dem, and how swift the Dems acted to punish Moran. At the same time, I'm not gonna take Jorge's ideas very seriously when he's claiming the demise of the Democratic party is at hand. It's just a laughable prediction and I hope Jorge is ready to face the music when it doesn't come true. How bout he put Clinton is the greatest prez ever in his sig for, let's say forever.
