He was a great head coach for many years and then a great assistant coach for many years. I don't believe he won a championship though, I feel sorry for him, all those years. He was a pretty good assistant coach in Dallas for many years.

Always liked Del. Anyone remember when he answered some emails about Yao when he was coaching the Chinese National Team? That was pretty cool.
