    Les says he won't sign Mutumbo unless he can cut 2.5M from the team payroll to not pay LT. Only way for him to go further into LT would be if he had an opportunity to get a great player, says Mutumbo is good but not great enough to go pay LT for, exactly the reason Boston won't sign him.


    so i expect steve and luther to be traded

    i'm pretty sure deke said nothing about being in a rockets uniform, but he did confirm he is coming back after xmas.

    I don't think he will be back as a player. I would love him as a coach, mascot, something. He is pushing fifty, it is past time to hang it up. I would really like a young, athletic big to back up Yao.

    1) He was just in Boston this week.
    2) He is friends with Doc Riveres.
    3) Les states he won't sign Deke unless they are under the cap. ( which they are not as of right now)

    Signs point to the Celts. :rolleyes:
