It being in their signature would be there to help prevent you from using the wrong one. Seems you would actually prefer it to be there if that were the case.
The thing is, most people would call you batman. The few jerks remaining, who call you by your actual name, are insensitive and should get an HR visit.
Not the case. Also I don’t work for the federal government, with a bunch of lefties living off the govt tit. It’s silliness and it’s going away. Don’t worry though, the next democrat president will dig way down that list (that’s what y’all said not me) right away and give you your federal government email pronouns back. It’s all just a game until we die.

Problem is you aren't batman, everyone knows you aren't batman.... You can come to work one day and everyone will have a good laugh and be like, hey look its "batman".... But it will get annoying real quick when you want to adopt an identity you aren't because in your heart you chose to believe it. Then you complain and push to be called batman all the time and even go as far as to say you are facing oppression. Now people are pissed and are starting to carry a bias because its starting to get irritating....
In my company, at some point, almost half the people (maybe more) did it. On Slack, in mails, etc. We just switched to a different "People Management" tool - one of the first questions that thing asked in the onboarding was to pick from like 72 pronouns. I told my people team to turn that field off.
Worse!! They didn’t believe him. Did he actually get sent home? Good point though. I bet Alan Alda would like to rewrite that whole arc.
Honestly, I don't hold anything against an athlete or actor for being Democrat or liberal..... I will still watch their movies and root for them especially if for my teams.... What I hate is when they try to use their platforms to promote their ideology without taking a hint that the reason why they are famous is because people from all walks of life pay to watch their movies, games, art.......
