if he wins championships, and continues to gather up those MVPs, make all-nba teams, he'll be fine.

all this hate is the backlash from that show. it's up to him to perform at the level we have been accustomed to, or even elevate it even higher.

as a Kobe lover, and lebron hater, i have to say lebron isnt a chocker, he just gave up on the team. stats arent everythin, like i said, i think he just took it as a game, not as a challenge, to me his attitude just seems, like he doesnt care about the game, his mentallity isnt up to par with wade, kobe, durant...you know, people that would die for a championship. you can tell just by their body movement in the game... i dont know if im the only one who feels like that, i just never liked his in game attitude. and as much as i love dh12, i think he has the same problem, give him about 3 years and maybe he will realize. and he's a backstabber. lol

    yup.

Choking is when you have a lead and you blow it.

When did Lebron choke? the Boston series? he didn't play at the level we were accustomed too, that's a question of effort not choking.

Choking is Vince Carter missing free throws in the 4th quarter in the playoffs last year.

Winning the MVP Twice, winning the regular season those 2 years, and not reaching the Finals in those 2 seasons, is choking. Absolutely choking.

It's now? who else has accomplished this horrible failure twice?

    NOBODY.

Nash did it once, MVP, best record, and didn't reach the finals...

figure it out dude. at least most of the media has on this guy now, thank god.

I hate the Lebron didn't do anything bad like drunk driving, rape etc argument. There are a lot of guys in the NBA that aren't great people. If they break the law let the legal system take care of them. When I say I don't like a player I like to try and keep it related to his approach to sports and leave his personal life out of it. Most things that people are mad at Lebron about directly affect the game and his approach to it. Having the ridiculous decision special, allegedly quitting in the playoffs, giving up on challenging himself etc. What he does off the court is his own business IMO but what he does that relates to the game is something that as fan I feel like I should be allowed to get upset and comment about.

Also the hands down best player in the league doesn't fail to get a 60 win team to the finals two years in a row and play horrible in the last 3 games of the playoffs like he did this year. Lebron is a regular season superstar but the best player in the league has to be someone that handles his business in the playoffs. Until he does that whether he is the best player is debatable to say the least.

i 100 percent agree. nobody wants to lose, and nobody likes losing. but certain guys can't handle losing. after a lebron loss in a press conference he never looks too upset. after a kobe loss in a press conference he looks like he is about to go murder someone. kobe can't handle losing and lebron can. not that lebron wants to lose, but he just doesn't have that obsession with winning that kobe has

the best athletes in every sport can't take losing and you can see it on their faces. lebron wants to win, but he is more about dancing around and putting up big numbers. he is a business man first, and a basketball player second. he happens to be the greatest natural athletic ability the game has ever seen. but without that competitive fire you just can't be the best. wade has a much closer mentality to kobe than lebron has ever had

all the hate isn't backlash from the show. if he had joined the new york knicks or bulls, there wouldn't be anywhere near as much backlash, other than from cavs fans. the backlash comes from the fact that he is a coward. the move to join dwayne wade and bosh in miami made him look like a joke. it just isn't a very respectable thing to do. who cares if he wins a title? the best players in the league aren't supposed to try and collude and come together to win fake rings. what really made everyone angry is how they had been planning this for 2 years. while the decision made him look like a prick, i always knew he was a prick. if you had ever listened to any of his press conferences, you would have known he was a huge b**** well before the decision. not only has he always talked in 3rd person, i mean the guy wouldn't even apologize for not shaking the magic's hands last year. then he claims he had 1 bad game in 7 years in cleveland after playing like a girl in game 5. the guy has always been a huge b****, but by him teaming up with wade, he has now effectively become a sidekick as well. as far as i'm concerned he has effectively taken himself out of any consideration to be the best ever. he couldn't do it on his own, and he copped out to go play with his friends and try to win. if it was about winning, he goes to the bulls. he went to the heat to play with his friends and have fun. so yeah, he isn't competitive. he just wants to play on a stacked aau team with all of his friends.

and yeah, i agree, having the best record in the league 2 years in a row with the homecourt. he won back to back mvps, and he couldn't even get out of round 2. not to mention get them to a game 7 in round 2. nash took his teams further in his 2 fake mvp years than lebron did.
